Yojane - A Project Management Tool

Yojane is mainly used for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and change management. It allows project managers (PMs), stakeholders and users to control costs and manage budgeting, quality management and documentation and also may be used as an administration system. Project management software is also used for collaboration and communication between project stakeholders.

Yojane has been implemented as web application to be accessed using a web browser. This may also include the ability to use a smart phone or tablet to gain access to the application. Software as a Service (SaaS) is also web-based and has become a common delivery model for many business applications, including Project Management, Project Management Information System (PMIS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). SaaS is typically accessed by users using a thin client via a web browser. In this software the users can add their project and can make it available to other team members, they can view the code and also can make the discussion based on the Project, which in turn increases the proximity and code optimization.

This application is also included with a Project plan features where the projects that should be managed by a project manager should have a project plan. The project plan details many aspects of the project to be executed. First of all, it details out the project scope. Then, it describes the approach or strategy used for addressing the project scope and project objectives.

The strategy is the core of the project plan. The strategy could vary depending on the project purpose and specific project requirements. The resource allocation and delivery schedule are other two main components of the project plan. These detail each activity involved in the project as well as the information such as who executes them and when. This is important information for the project manager as well as all the other stakeholders of the project. To find out more, scroll through the following descriptions, try the Free Demo.
